Tracking Notification: Tracking number/link sent via email after dispatch
Inspection Requirements: Check package condition on receipt; refuse damaged packages and contact flower@kaelorinc.com immediately; claims within 48 hours for post-receipt damage.
V. Package Returns and Redelivery
- Customer-caused returns: Contact us within 15 business days (redelivery fee applies)
- Failed delivery (non-customer reasons): One free redelivery attempt included in transit time
