EU Terms of Service
These terms apply to KAELOR's bag design, sale, delivery, and after-sales services within the EU, complying with EU Consumer Rights Directive, GDPR and other regulations.
I. Service Content and Scope
1. Core Services: Sales of bags (handbags, briefcases, suitcases, etc.) with order processing, delivery, quality assurance, returns/exchanges.
2. Service Limitations: Only responsible for direct services; no liability for third-party service issues (may provide assistance).
II. User Rights and Obligations
1. User Rights: Receive quality products/services; enjoy no-reason returns and statutory warranties; raise objections to quality/service issues.
2. User Obligations: Provide true information; pay fees as agreed; use products reasonably; comply with EU laws and regulations.

- Products comply with EU safety/environmental standards (REACH regulations)
- 2-year statutory warranty (free repair/replacement/refund for manufacturing defects)
- Warranty excludes improper use/human damage/normal wear
V. No-Reason Return and Exchange Rules
14-day cooling-off period for no-reason returns (products must be brand new with intact packaging)

Non-returnable: Used/worn products, missing accessories, expired warranty (no quality issues)
VI. Data Protection and Privacy
KAELOR complies with GDPR Privacy Policy, collecting only necessary data with encrypted storage/access control. No disclosure to third parties without consent. Users may apply for access/correction/deletion of personal data via email in accordance with GDPR regulations.
VII. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Liability Cap: Total order price for direct losses (no liability for indirect losses)
Exemptions: User-caused issues, force majeure, third-party failures, improper return conditions
VIII. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

- EU ODR platform mediation or consumer protection agency complaint
- Governed by EU laws and user's member state laws
